Are you saying that if your sister, brother, parent, friend or child tells you that their doctor, priest, date or friend (someone they already know, because the majority of sexual assaults are committed by someone the victim already knows) sexually assaulted them, you will tell them that you have to wait for a jury to prosecute the accused before you can believe them? That’s the main issue I’m writing about. And that’s why we need, like what happened in the case of Bill Cosby, the court of public opinion.
